Who I am
I am a counsellor, supervisor, coach and systemic constellations facilitator. And more.
I have been described in various ways:
as a relatively unsentimental yet imaginative leader; as the best Mama in the world; and a keeper of truth, with a very precise understanding of the human condition.
Others reflect back to me my boldness, my warmth, and my deeply caring curiosity in people and relationships.
So — who am I?
I trained as a social worker, counsellor, supervisor and coach to deepen my understanding of people and strengthen the skills needed to accompany individuals and groups through complexity. I embarked on a life long career working in end of life care. I worked through my own intergenerational legacy around being with death and found increasing clarity about my place and purpose in the world.
Alongside my work as supervisor, counsellor and coach, I became a manager, leader and international speaker – roles that allowed me to make change happen. My private practice as counsellor, supervisor and coach and professional role in end of life care continued to move side by side. Discovering Systemic Constellations — and my instinctive aptitude for this way of working — has felt like coming home.
People and relationships have remained at the centre of all I do. More and more, I return to just that: simply working with people, in whatever way serves them best.
